Lusardi Trading srls produces and sells, among other things, coffee beans, ground coffee, pods and capsules for the Italian market and wishes to expand its sales of these products nationally and internationally, through the e-commerce platform and as defined in this document;
Lusardi Trading will be authorized at any time to add, replace or delete any type of product in the list of products on the platform.
All products supplied will fully comply with EU, national and local laws and regulations, including those relating to hygiene, health and safety; in the event of non-compliance, it must indemnify the purchaser from any negative consequences deriving from the non-compliance of the products supplied, compensating the relative damages and providing him with legal support in the event of claims and legal actions against him.
If the laws of the importing country require specific certificates / certificates that differ from EU regulations, the costs and procedures for obtaining these certificates will be borne by the buyer.
Within 15 days from the date of actual shipment of the purchased products, the buyer will be required, if necessary, to communicate in writing any changes to the order placed, including its cancellation.
The images and contents within the site are intended to present the product and may differ from what was purchased;
The prices shown are ex works, that is, the prices do not include transport, taxes, import duties, health certification costs and any other import charges that may be required by the legislation of the customer’s country.
The user can purchase the products on the platform by selecting, if any, the variants present, based on the availability made available and with additional information, where required, in order to complete the purchase.
Once the product has been added to the cart, a general preview of the products that will be purchased in the transaction will be presented and after viewing the summary with the total expense it will be possible to proceed with the payment.
The payment methods offered by the platform may differ over time, but will always and in any case protect the buyer and the products he has decided to purchase, without changing the amount due depending on the method selected.
The transaction will be considered completed once the payment system has confirmed the correct credit and debit.
The customer can purchase by following the instructions on the site and making the electronic payments made available on the platform or other forms of payment present in the phases dedicated to this operation.
The information necessary for the transaction will be forwarded to the credit institution entrusted with the transaction services.
Payments must be made in advance and, only after crediting has been made, the processing or preparation for shipment will be started.
If the product or products purchased were of an artisanal nature and for which it will be necessary, for part or all of the order, to wait for their production, the production times will be carefully indicated in the product sheet.
If data, information, files necessary for the production of the product or products are missing, the realization times will be delays based on the timing of the request and delivery of all the material necessary to proceed with the same.
Otherwise it will be possible to request more information on production times.
If the products, on the other hand, are not of an artisanal nature and therefore available in the seller’s warehouse, the production times will be reset, referring to the shipping preparation times indicated in the detail of the same product.
Unless otherwise indicated, the days indicated are always to be understood as working days, therefore public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are excluded.
Delivery times, methods and costs are defined for each individual product.
Any shipments outside the Italian territory will be agreed upon, which may or may not allow this operation.
Given the minimum order quantity, the goods and the destination, Lusardi Trading reserves the right to make a separate quotation from that of the product sold on the platform for the shipment of the goods.
To carry out the shipping practices of the object, the customer delegates the right to process and communicate their data to third parties pursuant to the general regulation on data protection n. 2016/679 (GDPR).
The buyer also entrusts the task of carrying out the processing operations of the personal data in its possession and communicating them to third parties, to carry out the necessary practices in order to complete the sale, shipment and delivery process.
Lusardi Trading srls undertakes to process the data lawfully and in compliance with current legislation with the sole purpose of completing the requested service.
The processing of data, their processing and the sources used for their collection, are managed by Lusardi Tradinf srls, the methods of which are explained in the section dedicated to Personal Data of the Privacy Policy
These Conditions are subject to Italian law and in the case of a foreign buyer, they comply with Italian law unless otherwise stated.
If there is a contract signed between the parties, reference is made to this document for the missing or omitted parts in this summary page, in which specifications such as contractual deadlines, territorial references and anything else specific and object of the single contract are missing.
All disputes will be submitted to the Milan court.
